Sister Laura Wolf has served as President of Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity HealthCare Ministry, Inc., since its inception October 30, 1985. The President’s responsibilities include the planning, organizing, directing and controlling of all the services, activities and resources of the Corporation. She serves on the corporate boards of the System organizations and acts as healthcare liaison for the Sponsor. She has direct responsibility for governance, legal services, Church relations, management support and strategic planning.

James A. Vopat serves as Senior Vice President, Finance. He joined the Franciscan HealthCare Ministry, Inc., in January 1988 and is responsible for the coordination, supervision and reporting of the financial operations of Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity HealthCare Ministry, Inc., and its subsidiary organizations. He has direct responsibility for investment of funds, management of debt, long term financial planning, maintenance of insurance and external audit coordination.

Sister Patricia Linssen joined the Franciscan HealthCare Ministry, Inc., as Vice President, Mission, in July, 2002. She is responsible for mission, spiritual services, partner development, ethical integrity mission and values integration

Sister Martin Flavin joined the Franciscan HealthCare Ministry, Inc., in July, 1988. Her duties as Special Assistant to the President include supporting development efforts at System organizations, supervision of System publications and communications. She also acts as consult to the President on selected projects.

Robert Kelps joined the Franciscan HealthCare Ministry, Inc., as Director of Finance in September, 2003. He is responsible for the preparation, consolidation and reporting of the financial operations of the System and its affiliates. He reviews and analyzes investment and insurance data and provides coordination for internal reviews.

Michele Ziarnik joined the Franciscan HealthCare Ministry, Inc., in February, 2008. She serves as Executive Assistant to the President and is responsible for administrative tasks assigned by the President and coordination of corporate office activities.

Karen Aasen joined the Franciscan HealthCare Ministry, Inc., in April, 2005.  She serves as Business / Human Resource Coordinator. Her responsibilities include, among others, maintaining the corporate office financial records and coordination of System human resource programs, including the employee retirement and health benefit plans.

Jean Stecker joined the Franciscan HealthCare Ministry, Inc., in August of 1993. She serves as Secretary to the Vice President, Mission, and provides secretarial and technical support services to the Corporate Office, especially in the areas of System publications.
